What is NAOSH?

The name is an acronym for “Navigate Autonomous Occupational Safety and Health.”

  • The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has released the “Manual for Selecting Personal Protective Equipment to prevent skin disorders, etc. (3rd Edition).” NEW!
  • I will be leading the third session of the six-part “Introduction to Safety Science” course at Meiji University Liberty Academy.  
  • A "heat stress" seminar hosted by the Society of Health Development Science was held on February 27. 
  • The 2026 Asian Network of Occupational Hygiene (ANOH) website is now active. This year’s conference will be held in Mongolia on September 17–18, 2026. 
  • I gave a presentation on the autonomous management of chemical substances at the 23rd Academic Conference of the Japan Protective Clothing Association. (February 25, 2026)
  • The Health Development Science Research Society’s Subcommittee on Autonomous Management of Hazardous Factors will hold a seminar on February 27.
